Permanente for Individuals and Families provides a
variety of plans designed for people like you who
aren't covered by a group plan.
We realize everyone's needs are different. Some
people prefer the predictability of paying for more
of their care in their monthly premiums, as with our
Platinum Rx and Platinum plans. Others, like those
who choose one of our five deductible plans, prefer
to pay for more of their medical care at the time
of service.
